tes71 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tes71 ("tes71", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tes71 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at tes71.io.

By completing the tes71 registration process, logging in to an existing account, or making use of any game, feature, or service on the tes71 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of tes71 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the tes71 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and tes71. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the tes71 platform, these Terms shall prevail.

To register for and maintain an active tes71 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of tes71 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tes71 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tes71 or had a tes71 account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

tes71 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the tes71 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your tes71 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after the time of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tes71 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tes71 strongly recommends enabling two-step OTP verification on your account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you notify tes71 immediately of any unauthorised access.

• Use a strong, unique password for your tes71 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS OTP two-step verification from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

tes71 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder prior to processing a withdrawal or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. The verification process may require submission of a copy of a government-issued national identification document and a utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.

All transactions on the tes71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tes71 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

tes71 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically confirmed within 30 seconds of transaction completion.
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to standard card processing times.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary by institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. tes71 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three working days depending on the receiving institution.

tes71 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. tes71 does not accept deposits made in cash under any circumstances.

tes71 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active on a tes71 account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise. Opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Eligibility Restrictions: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tes71 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility by payment method, geographic location, or account status.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud: tes71 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Individual promotion terms may specify a maximum withdrawal amount attributable to bonus-derived winnings. Any amount in excess of that cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

tes71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any such change will not be retroactively disadvantaged, provided they continue to comply with the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

All games offered on the tes71 platform — including casino table games, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider or, in the case of sports betting, by the sports betting rules applicable to each market. In the event of any conflict between the rules of an individual game and these Terms, the individual game rules shall govern gameplay-specific matters; these Terms shall govern all account, payment, and platform-level matters.

tes71 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games to ensure that game outcomes are random, independent, and not subject to manipulation by tes71, the player, or any third party. • Bets placed and accepted by the tes71 system are final and binding. tes71 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to confirm a bet before the closure of a betting market.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, tes71 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake to their account balance.
• Where a game result is incorrectly displayed due to a software error, the result recorded by tes71's server logs shall be the definitive outcome.
• tes71 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any game or market, either platform-wide or at the individual account level, at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tes71 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Opening more than one account on the tes71 platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the tes71 platform for any commercial or business purpose, including systematic betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the tes71 platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the tes71 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gameplay intent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the tes71 platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in game RTP settings to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are not payable.
• Accessing the tes71 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing identity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that notify them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by opening a new account or accessing the platform under alternative credentials. tes71 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of a player circumventing self-exclusion measures.

tes71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a deposit made to the player's account.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tes71 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.

Upon permanent account closure for a Terms breach, tes71 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account where that balance is reasonably attributable to the breach in question. Any balance not attributable to the breach will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

All content on the tes71 platform — including but not limited to the tes71 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tes71. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or license any of the foregoing without the express prior written consent of tes71.

Game content provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is owned by those respective studios and is made available on the tes71 platform under commercial licensing agreements. Players have no rights over such game content beyond the right to play the games in their standard form as presented on the tes71 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tes71 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tes71 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, whether resulting from RNG-determined results or live dealer actions.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connection failures outside tes71's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on any information published on the tes71 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made while using the tes71 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits tes71's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tes71's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, tes71's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tes71 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with tes71, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tes71 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the tes71 platform. Player data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need. tes71 does not sell player personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

tes71 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, payment terms, or eligibility conditions — tes71 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in tes71's game or payment provider portfolio — tes71 may update these Terms without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the tes71 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure before the amended Terms come into effect.
